Last night I was trying to clean the living room up, and Akri was following me around and chasing the vacuum cleaner. He was having fun "playing" with the vacuum and challenging it to play with him. Here he is getting ready to jump off the couch to attack the vacuum!

Just a comparison, Acadia is quite a bit taller than when we first brought her home.

Acadia has a funny habit of sitting back on her back legs and holding her front legs curled up.
A few people have mentioned that she looks like a little prairie dog when she does this.
It is very difficult to catch her doing this in a picture because as soon as I take out the camera, she sits back down. However, I am trying to get a good picture.

After we packed up our stuff and were on our way, the exhausted pups were still sleepy and they slept in the car the whole way home.
We arrived at home and they jumped onto the couch and went back to SLEEP!
I gave them their dinner and they slept through that and only wanted a quick outside break and then went right back to sleep again, cuddling together on the couch.

We just got back from camping on the Canada Day long weekend.
The puppies had a blast, they got to be outside everyday for HOURS!
We took them down to the lake and they SWAM! They are great swimmers too.
The first day they were a bit hesitant to go in the water, but the 2nd day they willingly stepped in and swam around, mostly because of how HOT it was outside.
Then they sunned themselves on the beach and dried off. They managed to do a very big hike back to the campsite, that was all uphill.
When we got back to the tent, the pups were exhausted! They both lay down right away and feel into a very deep sleep.
